Thank you for dropping by my website. Before you go click happy I’d like to take a moment so you can know the real me – not to impress you – but to share with you where I’ve been, what I’ve done, and WHY I can and will make a difference in YOUR LIFE!

My real estate investing began in 1989 as a real estate agent for Century 21 while in the Marine Corps. My real estate experiences are many – real estate agent, broker, franchise owner, investor, landlord, fixer, wholesaler, builder, radio talk show host, money lender, software designer, author, and real estate educator.

My battle scars and experiences are many as I’ve lived, thrived, and invested in all types of markets. To this day I’m an in the trenches real estate investor, laissez faire capitalist, and lifelong student real estate investing, marketing, and life.

Several years ago I began creating books, courses, newsletters, seminars, and software that would teach real estate investors how to be successful in real estate. Since creating my first software, Real Estate Profit Pro, and numerous other books and programs I have become a recognized real estate expert and have been featured across North America sharing the stage with political leaders, film stars and business leaders.

I NOW spend much of my time investing and teaching others how to succeed in real estate. I’m well known for my “Love Me Hate Me Just Don’t Tolerate Me” approach to business. In business you have to be remembered and if you’re not pissing people off then you’re playing it too safe! Would Rush Limbaugh or Howard Stern would be famous or rich if they played the middle ground? Only when I understood the importance of marketing did my real estate investing take off!

Most importantly, though, I want to start teaching you how to make money and become a successful real estate investor that understands the fundamentals, when to buy, how to buy, how to market, and how to use systems for success. I believe the fundamentals of investing are important. In a boom market anybody could make money but this ain’t the same real estate world now. Times have changed. Methods have changed. Approaches have changed.

Just so you know when I started as a real estate investor my talents were limited and my bank account was lower than my credit score. But I had a fire burning inside! My DESIRE was unquestionable. Nobody could pull me off course. My focus was intense. If you follow my lead fueled with your DESIRE, I know you can achieve anything in life you want. Anything.
